The largely rural Town of Caledon, located in the northern portion of the Greater Toronto Area, is fortunate to have a few of these iconic symbols of rural life left thanks to protected areas like the Oak Ridges Moraine and Niagara Escarpment which cover a large percentage of the town's footprint.
I'm a retired teacher living in Southern Ontario, Canada. I worked 35 years full time and 10 years part time as a classroom teacher and guidance counselor with the Peel District School Board.
