Eastern Bluebird 4 metal print by Gary Hall. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Artist's Description
The Eastern Bluebird is the state bird of Missouri and New York. Once in decline as a result of habitat loss, bluebirds are making a comeback thanks to nesting boxes that have been erected on country properties, conservation areas and along country roads. The females build the nests and incubate between 3 and 8 eggs. Bluebirds raise more than one brood in a single season. Young from the first broods usually leave their parents in summer, while the young from later nests often stay with their parents over the winter.

I'm a retired teacher living in Southern Ontario, Canada. I worked 35 years full time and 10 years part time as a classroom teacher and guidance counselor with the Peel District School Board. I also worked part time in the Faculties of Education of York University and the University of Toronto in their Additional Qualifications Programs.
