This is a replica of a Fokker Dr-1 triplane made famous by Manfred Von Richthofen, who was also known as The Red Baron. Richthofen was a German fighter pilot, and undoubtedly the world's most famous flying ace during World War One. This particular replica of the Fokker Dr-1 Triplane is located in the Great War Flying Museum at the Brampton Flying Club.

I'm a retired teacher living in Southern Ontario, Canada. I worked 35 years full time and 10 years part time as a classroom teacher and guidance counselor with the Peel District School Board. I also worked part time in the Faculties of Education of York University and the University of Toronto in their Additional Qualifications Programs.
